You can use, copy, edit, modify, manipulate, couple and synchronize our music-files in any independently authored created work. Your created film-work that includes our music can be presented in private and public including any kind of performances, broadcast, streamed video, published items, transmit, telecast, website, social media by any means now known or hereafter devised.
Retention of Rights to the Content: You will not acquire or own, the music you have downloaded from our website. All rights, titles, and interest in and to all of the copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights in the production or content information belong to the origin composer and producer of the music. The License does not include the right to re-record a new performance of content or composition and claim it as your composition.
License Conditioned on Compliance: The License is conditioned upon material compliance by you and your personnel and contractors with and fulfillment of your responsibilities under this agreement and our receipt of full payment of the applicable price for the License on Content.
Previews, Sample & Demo. This License Agreement does not apply to, any preview, sample or demo that you perhaps downloaded or copied from the website or otherwise provided to you such as sample-videos, tutorial, or others.
License Limits, Additional Rights
Number of Productions: as we keep our prices very low we hope you can understand that a License authorizes each music-, audio-, or content-file for only 1 (one) production.
Number of Users: We have granted you an individual License, this allows 1 individual to use a single music-file or a set of music-files that you have downloaded in one purchase. If you are working within a team or an organization of course all members of a project can use the material.
If you are working on a client´s project you can transfer the license to your client when the project is completed, so your client is save to own all the rights he need for his work. Please be aware that when you transferred a license to your client you can´t use the same file/s again for another project. You can purchase it again for the same low price and show all the respect to the producer & composer.
Restrictions: You are not allowed to reproduce, sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, rent, loan, share or give away our original creations in whole or parts, or as mixed, remixed, combined or modified parts and versions. It is also forbidden to combine our original music files in whole or parts with any other music or sound effects to offer it as production music, sample content or any other basic for new original creations.
If you become aware of any unauthorized access, duplication of any content, you should promptly notify us via the Website.
All of our production music files are free from any performing rights from performing right organizations like ASCAP, BMI, SOCAN, SESAC, PRS, MCPS, SACEM, SDRM, JASRAC, GEMA or similar organizations.
Credit Attribution: If the created media production is posted online, you will use your reasonable commercial efforts to accompany the production with a credit line hyperlink to filmscore24.com that reads „music by filmscore24.com“. For all other media productions where crediting is customary or where other such credits are provided, you will use your reasonable commercial efforts to accompany your production with a credit line that reads „music by filmscore24.com“. The unintentional omission of credit attribution provided for above will not be considered to be a breach of this agreement, and the omission of credit attribution will not be considered to be a material breach of this Agreement.
Representations, Warranties, Disclaimers.
Our Warranties: We have the right and authority to enter into and grant the rights in the content granted to you in this agreement, subject to all applicable limitations and exclusions in this agreement.
Content downloaded and used in compliance with this agreement and applicable law and with respect to which you have fulfilled your responsibilities and obligations under this agreement, including your payment of all applicable fees, will not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right.
Limited Warranty: We warrant that there are no material defects in the content which would prevent it from being downloaded from the website and used as permitted herein. If there are material defects in the content upon request to us within 30 days of the download we will be provide you the content via a replacement copy of the content which we will send to your given email.
